Soap Noodles Plant is specially designed to work as inline machinery and convey raw material further to the forward procedure. It offers perfect mixing of the all kinds of materials. Soap crutcher is one kind of vertical mixture. Soap crutcher is use to offer homogeneous and consistent mixture. It is used for the even conveying of the materials.
Soap Crutcher is robust machine, designed for mixing of raw material to make Soap (i.e Oils, Caustic, Silicate, Water & other fillers etc.) This is a double jacketed vessel, works with presence of Steam or Thermic fluid Boiler. Soap Crutcher is designed of various capacities (2,3,4,5,6 M.T/batch). Inside the Soap Crutcher, a helical thread worm is fitted, which rotates Clockwise & anti Clockwise in the small drum, that is also double jacketed & open from both ends so that thread worm saponifies the raw material up & down very properly. Outer jacketed shell & inner jacketed drum transfer heat gently at all points to raw material to final formation of Soap. At last, benefits of Soap Crutcher, is that it saves Fuel, Time, Labour approximately 50% of traditional method i.e. Open Pan (Kadaha).
